Sigma recently sent me the F80 brush to review. Sigma describes the brush as the following:
This exclusive flat top synthetic kabuki was designed to deliver a flawless makeup application. The Sigma Makeup F80 is a buffer brush that can be used to blend powder or liquid products. The short and dense bristles make it easy to buff your liquid foundation. The long handle adds comfort to your makeup application. The synthetic fibers are ideal to be used with liquid products and can be easily cleaned. Made of Synthetic Sigmax HD filament.
I've been lusting after this for a while. Its safe to say I was a happy camper when I got the email from Sigma. I have had a recent obsession over makeup brushes to apply foundation. Currently this one is winning the battle and probably the war :).
I thought it was going to be similar to the ELF Powder Brush, which it was, but I like it much better! It is more expensive at $16 compared to the $3 for the ELF brush, but it is definitely worth it. The ELF brush doesn't give an airbrushed look like the Sigma brush. The ELF brush also absorbs a lot of the foundation, whereas the Sigma brush doesn't. In the end you use less product with the Sigma than with the ELF.
Sigma offered to do a giveaway on my blog for the f80. After I tested the brush I agreed (I wouldn't have a giveaway for something I didn't like.)
The rules are as followed:
(Required) Follow this blog via GFC as a Public Follower, as well as give me your name and email +1
(Optional) Mention this giveaway in you sidebar +1 (include link)
(Optional) Mention this giveaway in a blog post +1 (Include link)
I would really appreciate it if you could add up your total at the end of the comment.
The giveaway ends on June 3rd, not the 1st anymore (I would end it a month from today but I'll be in Turkey :) ). The giveaway is open international.
Good luck!!
